Our Whole Trust Mental Health Surveys

As a trust, we are developing a whole trust approach to mental health in partnership with Mind, the mental health charity.

As a trust, we are developing a whole trust approach to mental health in partnership with Mind, the mental health charity.

We are starting this by asking staff and parents/carers in the school community to take part in a confidential mental health survey. It is designed to help find out how you feel about mental health and wellbeing, and what is already in place.

The survey is anonymous, and we won’t know who has said what. We will share the results with you and the rest of the school. We will be supporting individual schools, and the trust as a whole, to identify what is working well, and what needs to be implemented to better support and improve mental health.

It’s really important that everyone takes the survey. The more responses there are from across the school community, the more helpful the support provided will be. It should take about 10 minutes to complete: https://wwindex.eu.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_3xtDRFOoJRULi8C

It is up to you whether you want to take part in this survey. All answers will be treated in confidence. If you start and then change your mind, you can stop at any time. Please do not put any personal details on the survey. The findings will be shared with others, however your answers will remain anonymous – no one will know who has said what. If there are any questions you can’t answer, please move on to the next question.

By working on this together as a trust, we can build confidence so that everyone across the trust is comfortable talking about mental health and feels able to ask for help when they need it.

You can find out more, or ask questions about the process, by speaking to Mrs. Jones.
