Year 5 have been reading The Lion the Witch and the wardrobe.  Today the children have arrived to find that not only are all of the other children and adults in their pajamas but the classroom has been turned into Narnia, with one big problem…. Mr. Tumnus’ house has disappeared!  We have decided to use our DT skills (and information from the text to build Mr Tumnus a house.  We have also interviewed our teachers to find out what their favourite book is and why.  This afternoon we are making reading dens and having Turkish delight and hot chocolate (as they do in the book!)
