Celebrating fantastic KS2 results for pupils who left this summer

We are delighted to celebrate a fantastic set of provisional KS2 results achieved by the Year 6 pupils who left Co-op Academy Clarice Cliff this summer.
The 2026 results were released to schools later than usual, so we are sharing the achievements of last year’s Year 6 pupils now. We are incredibly proud of everything they achieved during their time at Clarice Cliff and wish them every success as they begin secondary school.
An impressive 75% of pupils achieved the expected standard in reading, writing and maths combined – almost 15% above the latest available national average of 62% from 2025.
Our former Year 6 pupils also achieved strong results across each individual subject:
- 81.7% achieved the expected standard in reading, compared with 75% nationally in 2025
- 83.3% achieved the expected standard in writing, compared with 72% nationally
- 81.7% achieved the expected standard in maths, compared with 74% nationally
These results are a fantastic reflection of the hard work and determination of our pupils, alongside the commitment of our staff and the support of our families.
The results come at the end of an exciting year for Clarice Cliff and are the latest milestone in the academy’s journey of improvement since joining Co-op Academies Trust in 2020.
Following our Ofsted inspection in November 2025, inspectors recognised Clarice Cliff as a school going from strength to strength. They praised our strong leadership, ambitious curriculum and high-quality teaching, as well as the deeply inclusive culture we have built together.
We were also incredibly proud to be shortlisted as a finalist for Primary School of the Year in the 2025 Education Today Awards.
“We are incredibly proud of what our pupils have achieved. These results are a wonderful reflection of their hard work and determination, as well as the dedication of our staff and the support of our families.
“It has been a really exciting year for Clarice Cliff. Our Ofsted report recognised the happy, inclusive and ambitious culture we have created, and being shortlisted for Primary School of the Year was another fantastic moment for our whole community.
“To now be celebrating such strong KS2 outcomes is something we can all be incredibly proud of. Most importantly, our pupils have shown what they can achieve when they are given the right support, encouragement and opportunities to succeed.”
We are incredibly proud of our former Year 6 pupils and everyone who supported them throughout their time at Clarice Cliff. We wish them every success as they take their next steps into secondary education and look forward to seeing all that they achieve in the future.
Please note: our 2026 KS2 results are provisional and may be subject to change. National comparisons are made against the latest available national data from 2025.
