Our Year 4 students have officially completed their Basic Pedestrian Awareness Scheme! Over the past week, the children have been working hard to master the "Green Cross Code," starting with interactive classroom sessions before heading out to the roads near our school for some real-world practice.

Putting Skills to the Test

The program wrapped up with a final assessment where parents and teachers joined us to observe the children navigating a walking route through the local area. We were so impressed by their focus, awareness, and confidence!

Mission Accomplished

By practicing how to spot hazards and choose safe crossing places, our Year 4s are now better equipped to stay safe while out and about in our community.
