Mindfulness Yoga Club

In our Mindfulness Yoga Club, we do many activities such as yoga, guided meditations and mindfulness colouring.
We think it is important that children learn how to listen and be aware of their minds and this club provides children with the opportunity to do this. It also gives children the chance to have some quiet, relaxing time and to talk about their feelings and worries.
In our Mindfulness Yoga Club, we do many activities such as yoga, guided meditations and mindfulness colouring. Children are given the opportunity to share and contribute their ideas as to what they want to do at the club and what activities they feel will help them to become more mindful.
After this club has taken place, children leave feeling more relaxed and mindful about all they have to be thankful for.
